System of a Down at Texas Motor Speedway

System of a Down brings its high-energy metal sound to the Sick New World Festival at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth on. The lineup also features Deftones and Slayer, making this a major festival date for fans of hard rock and metal. On ticketsarlington.net, find event details for Fort Worth Concerts and Festival / tour listings at this venue.

Formed in Glendale, California, in 1994, System of a Down is known for politically engaged lyrics and a distinctive blend of heavy metal, alternative, progressive, and folk influences. The band's five studio albums include Toxicity, Mezmerize, and Hypnotize, each of which reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Its Grammy-winning song “B.Y.O.B.” and crowd favorites “Chop Suey!,” “Toxicity,” and “Aerials” anchor a catalog built for big festival singalongs.

The group continues to tour despite not releasing a full-length album since 2005; in 2020, it released “Protect the Land” and “Genocidal Humanoidz.” Expect a forceful live set shaped by Serj Tankian's theatrical vocals and Daron Malakian's guitar work. Festival set times and additional performance details have not been provided.

Prices currently start around $120 for this major festival event, with some tickets potentially reaching $500 or more depending on availability and seating or admission type.

For a concert, grandstand sections facing the main stage are generally the strongest choice for a clear view. Sections positioned away from the stage may offer a less direct sightline. The festival may also include an infield general-admission area, but the specific layout for this event has not been confirmed.
